Joshua Coles 6a2f053bb6 Added WorkItems as a new subject for TrackedTimeEntries.
- Made TrackedTimeEntries polymorphic to belong to both Lecture and WorkItems models
- Added associated migrations for existing data
- Added to administrate UI
